It was packaged appropiately to prevent damage during shipment. The length of shipping time was short between purchase and receipt. The surface was clean. They provided a recovery CD and adequate word processing / desktop publishing software. I would buy again from this supplier. The only complaint I have is that the internal wi-fi device was inoperative. That is why I give only a three star rating. This computer is fast for everyday computing and was offered at a fantastic pricepoint. I was a little leary of buying a rebuilt computer from a company I did'nt know but Tampa Laptops delivered quickly and in like new condition. A very durable laptop and great price under 0.00, and a much better machine than my older Dell D610.
