Tradition round pattern alcohol lamp made of laboratory grade borosilicate glass. This lamp has a glass cap, machine-ground for an air-tight fit to the base; with this cap in place fuel can be stored nearly indefinitely without evaporating. Fuel capacity is 6 oz / 175 ml. Burns Denatured Alcohol, available in the paint department of most hardware stores. This set comes with and Alcohol Burner Stand especial designed to be used with the burner for small beakers of flasks. The stand is 5" tall with a stainless steel wire mesh grill surface.
