I was a bit worried that the price of this RAM was too good to be true. As it turns out, both sticks work perfectly (used for a week or two before writing this review to make sure), quadrupling the memory in my Early 2009 (2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo, DDR2-667 RAM, GeForce 9400M graphics) MacBook. The only downside is that now my hard disk is the bottleneck for the system (will fix that with an SSD later).

Also, yes, you can put 8GB of RAM in that computer, though Apple specs it for only four giga, fully upgraded. Totally worth the money to go beyond the official maximum.

I have a 4 year old + HP Laptop that's basically circling the drain. I figured, well, maybe this memory could help, though HP said it could only be maxed out at 4GB. I saw online that people using 64-bit OS's were able to go over the recommended max, so I took the plunge. Works like a charm, with no issues since I installed it over 3 weeks ago! This has made my Laptop WAY more interesting, and I was able to install Windows Server 2008 R2 and run 4 VM's in Hyper-V. Very Happy with this Memory!!!
